CAJA RETURNS POLICY


We offer a 14 day return policy from the date of your delivery on full priced items that are unworn and in original condition and packaging.
Sale items, gift cards and items on promotion cannot be returned, however they can be exchanged or returned for store credit.
For hygiene reasons earrings cannot be returned.
Online orders must be returned online. We do not accept returns for items purchased from our stockists.
Return shipping costs are not refunded unless your item is deemed faulty. Caja will not be responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items that are being returned.
A proof of purchase will be required to process your refund. 
 
FAULTY ITEMS


Caja is committed to creating ethical high quality jewellery. Your jewellery has been lovingly handcrafted by real people, and sometimes faults can happen. In the unlikely event that your jewellery arrives faulty, please contact us as soon as possible so we can repair or replace the item. A refund will be issued if this is not possible.

REFUND PROCESSING


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Upon inspection, if the item it deemed to be in original condition and unworn, your refund will be processed. A credit will be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain amount of days.

SHIPPING COSTS


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

We strongly advise you to use a trackable shipping method when returning your item to us. Caja will not be responsible for loss, stolen or damaged items that are being returned or exchanged.
