Returns & Exchanges

We offer a 14 day return or exchange policy from the date of your delivery on full priced items if they meet the conditions outlined below.

Conditions


- We do not accept returns on sale items, gift cards and items on promotion.
- For hygiene reasons we do not accept returns on earrings.
- We do not accept returns for our made to order 9k solid gold rings.
- Items must be returned unworn and in their original condition and packaging.
- Online orders must be returned online. We do not accept returns for items purchased from our stockists.
- We do not accept cancellations for pre order items.
- No refunds are accepted when using Afterpay. This is due to the fees we incur when offering this service.


Return shipping costs are at the buyers expense unless your item is deemed faulty. We highly recommend using a trackable postal service as Caja will not be responsible for lost, stolen or damaged parcels.


A proof of purchase will be required to process your refund.

Faulty Items

We are committed to creating ethical high quality jewellery. Your jewellery has been lovingly handmade by real people, and sometimes faults can happen. In the unlikely event that your jewellery arrives faulty, please contact us within 7 days so we can repair or replace the item. A refund will be issued if this is not possible. We will not accept returns on tarnished or discoloured items due to general wear. Caja reserves the right to determine when an item is deemed faulty.
